Since 1995, The Fla Flas have been on a journey that has taken them from El Paso, TX through 64 U.S. cities, Mexico, and a large part of Europe. The band pours everything into their unique blend of punk ethic and rock senseability. They promoted themselves the best way they knew how, by hitting the road and distributing their music.

Over the years, the band has graced the stage with: At The Drive In, The Delta 72, Frank Black and the Catholics, The Make Up, Weston, Funeral Oration, Jimmy Eat World, The Get Up Kids, The Promise Ring, Will Haven, Error Type II, 90 Day Men, Most Secret Method, Vue, Bluetip, Burning Airlines, Gameface, and Jets to Brazil.

The Fla Flas are alumni members of the Break Even roster releasing their debut full length ...That The President Is Dead in the Spring of 2000.

The Flas Flas stand out as the most prolific artists to work with Break Even with an LP, an EP, and a split CD to go along with appearances on two of our compilations.

In 2003, members of The Fla Flas relocated to the nation of Germany to pursue a music project with members of Casanova Action called Select Your Fighter.
